I have been in the mortgage industry for over 18 years now and have a passion for helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. I like to think that I am redefining lending from a transaction to a relationship. I love developing a long lasting relationship with my clients and serving as a resource for them in all areas of their life. My focus is on teaching people ways that they can reach their financial goals, pay off their home early, clean up any unnecessary debt, plan for the future, invest in real estate, and much more.


I take my responsibilities very seriously and treat my clients as I would my friends. My business is 100% by referral from past clients, friends, family, and centers of influence in related fields. It is very important to me to take the time to find out what the clients long term goals are in order to best place them in the appropriate loan product.

Christopher Parris | Loan Partner

Chris is a licensed mortgage professional with 11 years of experience. He has worn several hats including being an originator, manager, transaction coordinator, and all around team. His role now focuses on Client Care. He is responsible for communicating with the client from the first application thru the closing. He welcomes a challenge and is a great problem solver. Chris’s goal is for all people to have the ability to buy a house even if that means working thru some obstacles.

When Chris isn’t in front of his computer, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and trying new and different foods. You might also find him at Outlaw smoking a cigar.

Kayla Pilsl | Client Care Specialist, Asst. Process Coordinator

Kayla’s background is in marketing and client relations. Her focus is to guarantee client satisfaction from the beginning of the transaction until closing. She also monitors our database so we can stay in touch with you well after your first loan closes to ensure that we continue to add value to your life as the years go by. In addition to client care, she assists with the mortgage loan process. There can be many different scenarios and challenges in the industry, but knowing she is a part of a team that has helped families buy their first home, their dream home, or simply putting them in a better spot financially, makes it all worth it.

Kayla is a fashion enthusiast, loves to travel, and spend time with her family and friends.

Marilyn Turner | Loan Officer Assistant

With over 18 years of experience in the mortgage, title, and real estate industry Marilyn prides herself on having a better understanding of the home buying process from all sides of the transaction. She understands that this is one of the most single largest investments that a client will make and wants to help make it a smooth one.

Marilyn is a very proud mother of her two children who both reside in Texas. Marilyn is an avid Buckeye fan as she is an Ohio State University graduate. On weekends, you can find Marilyn gathering with other Pittsburgh and Buckeye fans cheering on her teams. She also enjoys reading, working outside, and volunteering in the community.
