A To-Be-Determined Approval allows a loan file to be underwritten to the furthest extent possible without having identified a property. This helps ensure a smooth and faster transaction and makes your offer as strong as possible.
At our Benchmark branch, we have an appraiser panel that was hand-chosen by us because of their client support, extensive knowledge of Kansas City's neighborhoods, and good track records for smooth transactions.
We have made the decision to work under Benchmark Mortgage for a variety of reasons. We are able to offer the same speed and efficiency, the same customer service as always, and now we have lower rates and fees for our clients, incredible products we did not have access to before, and a dedicated underwriter for just our team.
